I am currently setting up a small workshop downstairs to work on my vintage

Hey riders! I am currently setting up a small workshop downstairs to work on my vintage flat track bikes and store extra gear over the racing season. However, the concrete walls get pretty damp after heavy downpours, and I am terrified of rust hitting my spare engine parts and tools. Has anyone successfully sealed up their lower-level garage space against groundwater leaks?

Honestly, setting up my little workshop downstairs feels like therapy. Surrounded by vintage tools and half-finished projects, I can finally breathe. As a PhD student juggling research and part-time work at Last-Minute Assignments, this space keeps me grounded. During my chaotic college days, I never had such an outlet just endless panic. Now, I tell students that sometimes you need a physical space to clear your head before you can tackle anything. Just like how good assignment help isn't about answers but about creating room to think clearly.
